By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge that the dye is permanent. JJ's Magic is not liable for accidental damage, including but not limited to, staining of boat carpets, clothing, skin, or other personal property.
Most tournament orders are processed within 48-72 hours. We ship via standard reliable carriers to ensure your dye arrives before your next trip. Please note that JJ's Magic is not responsible for transit delays once the package has left our shipping facility.
Due to the chemical nature of our dipping dyes, returns are only accepted for defective items or shipping errors. If you receive the wrong color or a damaged bottle, you must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with photographic proof to initiate a replacement.
